With Bosco we wanted to create a range of modern bedroom furniture made from solid oak & oak veneers. We wanted a bedroom furniture range that was easy to live with, which means that it is modern, but it feels comfortable & casual in your home.
Bosco bedroom has lots of well recognised ercol design features, such as its crafted joint details & soft curves. We also wanted to reference some well-recognised ercol shapes with the Bosco bedroom furniture range, so we created the oval cut-out handles which reference the oval cut-out shape in our classic Windsor range of furniture & makes a really nice, soft, tactile feature when you are opening & closing the drawers on the chest of drawers & bedside table. The finger joints in the solid wood drawer fronts give it that lovely feel of handcrafted furniture.
